Verde Valley Sanctuary Info Session In-Person
MEETS ON THE 4TH WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH
The mission of Verde Valley Sanctuary is to provide safety, services, and comfort to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. This monthly gathering is an educational support group. Verde Valley Sanctuary will be providing information on these topics as well as advocacy and support/resources:
- Domestic violence (what is it, safety planning, recovering financially, legal aspects and effects on children etc.)
- Sexual violence (what is it, options, sexual harassment, coercion, effects on children and secondary victims, etc.)
- Healing from trauma - (how to heal after victimization, dance, yoga, journaling, art, music, etc)
