Sedona Library Longevity Society: How AI Can Support Us in Living Well and Living Long In-Person
How AI Can Support Us in Living Well and Living Long
Is the concept of Artificial Intelligence, or AI freaking you out? Actually, AI tools are already part of everyday life: when your phone gives directions, or when Netflix recommends a show you might like—that’s AI. AI simply refers to computer programs that can learn, respond, and assist us—a smart helper tool. It can be helpful for longevity too! But don’t worry, AI doesn't replace human care; it enhances it, helping users make informed, confident choices about aging well.
At our upcoming gathering, we’ll explore how these tools—many of them free or easy to use—can support things like healthy eating, staying mentally sharp, tracking wellness goals, or even managing stress and sleep. This is a chance to learn together in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Come discover how AI can be a surprisingly simple companion on the journey to aging well!
The Sedona Library Longevity Society is a social gathering of community members dedicated to exploring new approaches towards achieving healthy longevity. How we age becomes increasingly important as we live longer. We will cover new perspectives on aging-well and how they can benefit us as individuals and those around us. Attendees are encouraged to share personal experiences as they test new skills each month, focused on proven habits meant to help us age better. Join this micro-school of longevity, where you are both the student and the teacher!
