Tai Chi with NACOG Aging In-Person
Start the day with intention and ease during this 8-week Tai Chi session held in the main lobby before the library opens - a quiet, welcoming space for gentle movement and reflection. This beginner-friendly class focuses on slow, flowing motions designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. No experience necessary - and no need to be shy! Just wear comfortable clothing and enjoy the calm!
